Adikiny .H. Olwenge is an aviation expert/ consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the sector. He has provided Expert/ consultancy services to civil aviation organizations in several African countries (which include Burundi, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, and Uganda), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Intranational Air Transport Association (IATA) and the World Food Programme (WFP).
Prior to his present appointment, Adikiny was the Manager Air Traffic Services at the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) and representative of Kenya to the ICAO Separation and Airspace Safety Panel (SASP). He has chaired several airspace task force initiatives in Africa including the implementation of Performance Based Navigation.
Apart from Air Traffic Management, he has additional experience in Aircraft Operations, Flying and Skydiving and is a holder of a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Moi University in Kenya.
